Next year at 24 - 25 January 2023, we are starting with another gathering, this time Ruby On Rails community (geekle) introducing to you a new set of talks and speakers.

In two days, all participants will be able to watch a really great and interesting list of talks. If you're not sure how to start next year, being part of Ruby On Rails Global Summit'23 is a good choice!

This time I have something to say also. I will talk about recruiting and interviewing processes nowadays.

How the interviewing process looks now:
- Is it good enough?
- Are there any issues?
- Does it need to be changed?
- Can we make it better?

I hope my talk and my experience will provide you with more useful information about the theme, and that you all will be able to get the point.

It would be a great thing if we all started to talk openly about the problems and make a small step in the direction of solving them. Together we can do miracles. Lets concentrate on hiring and interviewing processes a bit more in the next year!
